Founders & business owners
You are scaling a business and want a rigorous way to define the value you create and turn it into revenue you can forecast.
From Customer Value
to Predictable Revenue
Connect the value you create with the way you sell. A practical day to sharpen your strategy, build a repeatable revenue process and understand what needs to change as you grow.
01 / Who it’s for
A strong customer proposition needs a commercial process that can deliver on it. This workshop brings both into the same conversation.
Work on the value your customers actually want, the people behind each buying decision and the organizational pressures that emerge when you scale.
You are scaling a business and want a rigorous way to define the value you create and turn it into revenue you can forecast.
You own pipeline, sales or business development and want a repeatable process that makes each quarter less dependent on individual effort.
You need your strategy and teams aligned around a customer outcome, with a clear view of what may break first at scale.
02 / The agenda
3 November 2026 · Bucharest
Strategy, commercial execution and work on your own business.
Identify where your business creates value and where it gets lost. Define the customer outcome you enable, choose where to compete and decide which growth opportunities to leave aside.
Inside an organization nobody buys alone. Map the trigger, the blocker and the signature behind a sale, decide which accounts deserve the effort, and leave with a pipeline you can forecast and a process you can repeat.
Work in teams of four to five on a real product or account. Apply the framework, put your thinking on one flipchart page and present the sentence you are prepared to defend.
Check whether your customer promise and sales process fit together. Explore pressure points in people, ways of working and decision making, then score the Growth Readiness Diagnostic to identify what needs attention next.
Bring your business into the room
The afternoon exercise starts with a real product or account and a real customer. Bring a concrete example from your business so your work has a clear connection to the decisions you face.
Leave with a clearer view of your customer value, the buying process and the areas that need attention as you grow.

Two perspectives on the same growth challenge, brought together through a shared exercise and a discussion of what happens at scale.
Dimana brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses. She has founded companies from scratch, taken them into the top five of their markets and led organizations of up to 1,100 people.
Her experience includes negotiating more than 100 portfolio transactions, opening markets, launching products and advising financial institutions on portfolio management. She has also designed product and partnership roadmaps and led digital transformation.
Dragoș drives the revenue engine at SelfPay, where he has led business development since 2014: payment collection, advertising, and custom self-service automation. The platform has grown from a short list of services to more than 300 in that time.
His experience includes negotiating complex public and private partnerships: with banks, utilities, payment schemes and international operators, and with municipalities and fiscal directorates for local taxes, fines and government fees. Most are long, multi-stakeholder sales decided by a group rather than by a buyer.
