Short Introduction

stock.estate is a Romanian fintech connecting investors with real estate developers through regulated loan-based crowdfunding. Investors can participate from €100, while developers access financing for acquisitions, construction, renovation and bridge financing.

About the Company

STOCKESTATE CROWDFUNDING S.R.L. was founded in 2022, authorised by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) in August 2023 and launched the stock.estate platform commercially in 2024. The platform brings together retail and professional investors with developers seeking project financing.

Investors lend directly to project developers under campaign-specific loan agreements. The platform supports digital identity verification, access to investment documents and repayment reporting.

Each campaign sets out its terms, risks and security arrangements in its Key Investment Information Sheet and legal documents. Public platform information is also accessible to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
