Bank Connectivity and Integration Services

Finqware also provides connectivity through PSD2 and premium corporate banking APIs, along with integrations for ERP, accounting, billing, invoicing and other financial-management systems.

Licences & Regulatory Status

FINQWARE S.R.L. is an authorized Payment Institution under the Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and is supervised by the National Bank of Romania.

Its authorization covers:

• Payment Initiation Services – PIS, corresponding to service 7 under Annex I of PSD2
• Account Information Services – AIS, corresponding to service 8 under Annex I of PSD2

The company was authorized and entered into the National Bank of Romania’s register of payment institutions in 2022. These regulated services may be provided cross-border in European Economic Area markets where the applicable passporting notifications have been completed.
